Product Description:

Iberian  Ham  of recebo comes from Iberian breed pigs and therefore also present the characteristics of Iberian hams. The difference with the Iberian Ham is that the fattening is completed with feed during the final stage.

Engineering Specifications:

Iberian pork produced in the meadows of Andalusia and Extremadura, in controlled agricultural land. 
These pigs are processed in our factory of  salted meats and salted hams, located in Guijuelo (Salamanca). 
INGREDIENTS 
Iberian pork ham and salt (apox 700 grams). 
ELABORATION 
Always respecting  the traditional formulas, we realize the processes of pre-, salty, 
and post-wash of the parts, giving each process time and the traditional formula that will also determine the rest time in dryers  with controlled temperature and humidity .The final phase takes place in the quiet of the cellars, so that the parts reach the ideal healing point.

We produce about 40,000 pieces of Iberian ham about 8 kg each and about 15,000 pallets of 5 kg.
